Validate the societal need, map stakeholders, and assess viability
Deepen your understanding of the societal and market context surrounding the participant’s proposed solution. Participants are guided in mapping relevant value chains, identifying early adopters, and defining potential pathways for impact. This phase also introduces tools to assess sustainability and ethical implications of the innovation.

The output of the INFORM phase is a validated problem-solution fit, grounded in stakeholder insights, with a clear value proposition and an initial understanding of the market and societal context. This forms the basis for designing a feasible and impactful innovation strategy.
