Walk-in event
This week is Wellbeing Week on campus, and we will join the spirit by organizing a few special activities here at PUII from November 11th until November 13th.
We all deal with stress and pressure at times, so these sessions are meant to give us simple tools to unwind, with yoga, stretching and mindfulness classes, and to remind ourselves to slow down, take care of our energy levels, and keep the fun and excitement in what we do.
All activities are first come, first served and each workshop has a limited number of spots.
