Suvrajit Saha

Suvrajit is an engineer, MBA in innovation management and an agtech entrepreneur based in Berlin, Germany. He has successfully cofounded one remote soil monitoring startup in Berlin and is now working on his second agtech startup in controlled environment agriculture. He brings his experience in diverse industries such as automobile manufacturing, renewable energies, railway infrastructure, additive manufacturing, etc. to his ventures.

His expertise lies in understanding his market and building the most suitable product/service before taking it to the market. Though he is industry agnostic, he currently focuses on science-based solutions in the agri-food sector, circular economy solutions, advanced & bio-based materials, and developing solutions for markets in Asia and Africa.

Besides his work, Suvrajit is an avid reader of books, a marathon runner, loves winning open innovation challenges, and is always looking out for new things to learn. As someone who thinks in terms of opportunities to be created as opposed to problems to be solved, Suvrajit loves to inspire people and helps them view things from different perspectives. He believes clarity of thought, the right skills, and determination are prerequisites to overcoming challenges and being successful in life.

Currently, his focus areas are science-based solutions in the agri-food sector, circular economy solutions, advanced & bio-based materials, and developing solutions for markets in Asia and Africa. He loves to work with curious, creative minds and is looking forward to supporting some interesting startup teams along their journey.
